January 26: Caring for Creation

Are you clergy or a lay person with an interest in earth stewardship?  Has your congregation already started a green ministry and want to network with others?  Have you been wanting to start a green team at your congregation, and don’t know where to begin?  Join us on Tuesday, January 26th at 7 p.m. at St. Peter’s Church in Carmel to connect with the broader interfaith community on caring for God’s Creation.

Carmel Green Initiative has partnered with Hoosier Interfaith Power & Light to connect the faith community in Hamilton County on the issue of caring for God’s Creation and addressing climate change. Caring for Creation is a moral imperative of many faith traditions. We have a running list of several on the Carmel Green Initiative website: http://carmelgreen.org/index.php?option=com_content&view=category&layout=blog&id=29&Itemid=57

Newcomers welcomed!!!
