Mass Actions

Hoosiers are on the move toward a safer and more sustainable future.  Sustainable Indiana 2016 is tracking, promoting and celebrating this momentum.  Part of what we do is to focus on a “mass action theme” each year leading up to and including the Bicentennial year of 2016.  In 2012 we recognized and celebrated the expansion of gardening across the state.  In 2013 the growing use of Indiana’s trails by hikers and bikers took center stage.  In 2015 the attention will be on planting a “Tree of Hope” and advocating for forests.
